Dairy products full-fat and low risk of diabetes-related
The study included about 27,000 people aged 45-74 followed
for 14 years in between.
According to the Telegraph, 2 who ate parts of eight
full-fat products of milk a day to reduce the risk of diabetes, about 25
percent, compared with those who ate less to send. Calculate a reaction:
• 200 ml (ml) of milk or yogurt
• 20 grams (g) of cheese
• 25 ounces of cream
• 7 grams of fat
Also, consuming 30 ml or 180 ml cream ofdiabetes-fat
yogurt daily can reduce the risk of 15 percent and 20 percent, respectively,
compared with those who did not. According to lead author Dr. Ulrike Ericson

In 2010, a new study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine4
proposed in palmitoleic acid, which is found naturally in dairy products
full-fat, which protects against insulin resistance and diabetes. Products and
full-fat dairy are consumed excellent transport blood trans-palmitoleate, and
this translates into a serious two-thirds lower in the development of type 2
diabetes compared with those with lower levels.
